Ayelet Zurer is among Israel's most popular actresses. Born in Tel Aviv in 1967, she first caught the attention of Hollywood when she was given the role of Eric Bana's wife in the Oscar(r) nominated film Munich (2005). Zurer is an American actress that has been featured in Studio films, such as Sony Pictures' Vantage Point, with Dennis Quaid (with William Hurt), Samuel Goldwyn’s Fugitive pieces, which starred Stephen Dillane, Paul Schrader’s Adam Resurrected alongside Jeff Goldblum and Willem Dafoe. Ron Howard's Angeles and Demons is opposite Tom Hanks. Darling companion Lawrence Kasdan's cast with Diane Keaton and Kevin Kline as well as Warner Bros. In 2014 She received an award for her performance for the year's top drama "Shtisel" which she won best actress in a drama for her portrayal of a brilliant surgeon facing the decision of life or death in Hostages and was later sold to BBC4 and Canal Plus, and as an option to the American ABC. She is the "face " of one of Israel's leading women's fashion companies- Golbary. Ayelet is a producer and writer. Ayelet is currently working on several projects in Israel and the United States. She has expressed an interest in international collaboration with directors from around the world since she believes in joining unknown writers/directors.
