He claimed that he was 17 years young (a minor) at the time of the incident. He also stated that he uploaded the videos on his Instagram account. The Instagram account was then banned. Later, he was proven to be incorrect in his claim that he was 17 at time of the incident. After he pleaded guilty the court ordered him to complete his GED. He was subject to a jail sentence if he did not obtain his GED.
